1. Data we collect
We collect account details (name/email), app usage metadata, billing status, and data required for features you enable. If you connect Google, we use OAuth scopes explicitly shown on the consent screen.
2. Google API data usage
Synsis only uses Google user data to provide product functionality requested by the user, such as subscription analysis and calendar scheduling. We do not sell Google user data. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google account and from Synsis connection settings.
3. Authorized domains and consent screen
Google OAuth consent screen details are shown using authorized app domains. Users can review these details before granting access. This policy and Terms page are published so users understand the scope and purpose of processing.

4. Newsletter and communications
Newsletter emails are opt-in. If selected during sign-up, we may send product updates and release notes. You can unsubscribe from newsletter communications at any time.
5. Retention and security
We apply standard security practices to protect your account and connected data. Data is retained only as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations, or user-requested features.
